PTA President's Message

Dear Families,

I would like to take this opportunity to welcome all of the new and returning students, parents, and staff to the 2020-2021 school year at the Charles A. Dorsey Community School.  I hope you had a restful and enjoyable summer.

Our PTA is a 100% Volunteer run organization here to support the faculty, staff, parents, and most importantly our students here at P.S. 67. Over the summer your PTA Board has been busy developing the details for a very productive and exciting year aimed at enhancing the educational environment for all of our students.  I highly encourage each and every family to become involved in your children’s education on some level and take advantage of all that our GREAT SCHOOL has to offer.

With that said, please support us by:

1. Becoming a part of the PTA 

2. Helping in the classroom or at home

3. Supporting your room rep as they coordinate activities and events for your child’s class

4. Helping out at school events or with committees - some are during the day and some are during the evening

5. Volunteering to chair a committee and join our board

6. Supporting our fundraising efforts so we can continue to offer our best to the community!
